• Failure to meet course requirements or being removed from the course due to a breach of the Student Code of Conduct, confidentiality obligations, or any other terms of this agreement.

If a student is removed from the course due to misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, privacy or confidentiality breaches, unauthorised access to business systems or information, or any other serious breach of this agreement, they will not be entitled to a refund.
